KNOWLEDGE BLAST #17 - MULTIPLE STREAMS OF INCOME

Have you been told its impossible to build more than 1 opportunity? 
I know I have but I just don't believe it. The most successful people in the world do not have just 1 of anything. So to only have 1 opportunity, business or product line just blows my mind. The same people that usually would say you can't chase to rabbits also say they wouldn't put all of their eggs in one basket. That in itself is a contradiction. I am here to say that not only can it be done, but I am doing it as we speak. 

I have created The MSI Concept. The MSI Concept is formulated with a direct strategy and fully thought out on all the aspects of growing a business both online and offline. I have 7 product lines and a full customizable marketing system. The concept and company are new but the products lines we work with are not. I focus on building true residual income and I am looking at retirement in the next 2 years with the MSI Concept. 

Inside of the MSI Concept, are consumer based product lines that people will continue to purchase from here on out and the spending will only increase. We cover Travel, Nutrition, Weight Loss, Cell Phones, Cell Service, Roadside Assistance and Skin Care. We do not cross any similar product lines by design as we cross market these products to each newly acquired customer. So if you were to ask me what I do, I am in New Customer Acquisitions for several companies in The MSI Concept. I focus on one thing, my customer base which grows my residual income. 

With the MSI Concept, the multiple product lines have a strong cross marketing appeal. This is what I like to call the Amazon approach. Amazon always lets its customer know what they might be interested in or what other customers have purchased when looking at any product. I do this with the MSI Concept. If a customer purchases 1 product, they are likely to buy another. This is where the cross marketing comes into play and thus increasing my residual income with the same customer rather than the never ending story of needing new customers. This is the aspect of the MSI Concept that will allow me to retire in a shorter time than anywhere else.

Knowledge Blast #16 - Be Different!

Here is a quote I snagged from Robert Kyosaki, 

There are core differences and technical differences between average and above-average investors. My rich dad often said, “If you want to be rich, just find out what everyone else is doing and do the exact opposite.”


This ties into today's Knowledge Blast! Don't follow the masses. This will have you looking like everyone else and every other ad out there that people are constantly bombarded with every day. They want something new. New is refreshing and being that difference maker will take you a long way in how people react to you. The difference in closing a deal is how a person feels when they are with you. This feeling drives the buying process for some sales. Sales run in a ratio:

• 1/10 people you will not be able to sell no matter what you say
• 1/10 people you will buy no matter what you say 
• 8/10 others will depend on your skill and how they feel about you

Sales is a skill just like any other that can be learned and mastered. The is a common saying that it takes 10,000 hours to master a skill. This will take many years to become a master as there are only 8760 hours in a year and you do not have all of them to devote to learning a skill. Most people will spend: 

• 2080 hours working 
• 1820 hours eating, driving, showering, etc
• 2912 hours sleeping

Leaving 1924 hours to work on your skills to reach your dreams and goals! Take those hours when and wherever you can. Those that want to reach their goals and dreams sooner will take hours from the other categories! Those are the motivated few.

KNOWLEDGE BLAST #15 - A BETTER WAY TO GO FUND ME

Go Fund Me has been a new avenue for many to take issues to the internet that need funding. While I do not discredit Go Fund Me, I think there is a better way. 

Before this time, I worked out my MSI Concept to allow someone with no income start to earn thru the system. I am now going to open this up even wider to be used similar to Go Fund Me. Now you can use my products to help fuel any project other than just getting started with the MSI Concept. But I am pretty sure you will want to be a member after your funding is completed!

It's time to save the world! I firmly believe Network Marketing can save the world. It is a profession that provides long lasting income for those that take the time to build it. We can all build a salary with Network Marketing. Let's TEAM UP and help saved the world together!

We all already refer products and services, now lets makes sure we capitalize on securing the profits companies are willing to give away for those referrals. Network Marketing companies already see the value of it and have been giving away a portion of profits for years and will continue to do so. Other companies are opening up to the idea more and more with Affiliate Marketing. 

Why not open your mind to the idea of earning from the work you are already doing? Refer people to companies that will pay you for their referral and if you are not looking to get anything out of it, refer them to people that are! Help out other networkers so they can in turn be prosperous.

KNOWLEDGE BLAST #14 - THE FUTURE IS NOW!!

By 2033 social security will be bankrupt. 



There is no surprise to that above statement. Its was a good run but it just will not last. It isn't possible. To many hand in the pot and not enough left over for the rest. There are other ways though. You can now create retirement for yourself and not have to worry about where it will come from but have it before established before you need it.

This means "traditional" ways to retire will be non-existent. How old will you be in 2033? Most importantly, how old will your children be by 2033?

If you're like me, you're open to learning about new ways of creating income streams and setting up for early retirement without the stress and worry about how to go about doing it. Not only for your sake but for your children's sake as well. This is a stress factor that can be removed by starting on it sooner than later. Don't wait until your last day to start worrying about the next day.

There are many ways to earn cash however I believe the safest and most enjoyable way is through what's called Network Marketing. Network Marketing is an amazing profession that has changed many lives. It is hard work which is why the word work is in it, but it is feasible. You can reach your goals and provide yourself a way to reach your dreams. Use Network Marketing as a tool to fund your passions, remove your financial worries, and set your family up for life!

Knowledge Blast #13 - MSI

The background information you will need for this Knowledge Blast is MSI. Some may have never heard of this acronym. It stands for Multiple Streams of Income. This Knowledge Blast will cover why MSI is so vital to your life and why you need to strive towards creating them.

When income is talked about, the average person thinks first of a job. This is correct that it an income source but it is not a way to create an MSI. You can not earn additional income from your job unless your employer permits a way for you to earn. The earnings in a job are either by time or production. One stream of income. If you are paid by both methods, then you now have a job with MSI. These are rare and at times can have a high turnover or production goal to earn your MSI. The other risk with have just a job, if anything happens to that job your income stops. If that is the case then your job is not an MSI.

In comes Network Marketing. MSI can be created in just about any Network Marketing company. This is simply because others can join your team. Each Team Member becomes an MSI as their production increases the team production and thus adds more income to the team. You can be affiliate with more than one Network Marketing opportunity. Thus adding more 'tools to the tool belt'. If you have multiple team members in multiple opportunities, these all add more MSI. If one member or one opportunity ends, you still have others to fall back on. This is what you need to create in your life so that you have true security. Money is a worry that can be eliminated when you make enough of it. Everyone's money number is different but they can all be obtained. MSI will take care of a stress of job loss, unemployment and the dreaded job search that the average person goes through. It allows you to fall back to one of your MSI's and focus on that until another opportunity arises. Contact me directly and I will help you develop MSI in your life.

Knowledge Blast #12 Four Year Career

This Knowledge Blast is to be that motivation if you haven't reached your goals quit yet. Do not be discouraged, do not quit, do not give up and make the decision to be in it for the long haul. If you went to college and selected a degree they showed you all the classes you needed to complete to get it and how long that would take you. On average, its 4 years. That is before you even get a chance to start your career.

In comes Network Marketing. There are plenty of teachers and professors in the profession. Lots of class variety from offline to online and free to high priced. The timeline is the same in Network Marketing, but there is no order of classes and no one makes you go to class or grades you. You learn at your own pace and strive towards your own end goal. On average, it takes a person about 4 years to get to where they set out to be in Network Marketing.

So don't be discouraged if you are there yet in year 1 or 2 or even 3 it may come all together for you in years 4 and 5. It might take you 8-10 years similar to those that seek to become doctors and lawyers but the fact remains that once its done you are accomplished the goal you set out to achieve and that can never be denied. So do not give up until you reached your goal. You do not want to have the regret of what you could have been hanging over you when you were the only one to stop you. Stay strong young Networker, you will make it in the end!

Knowledge Blast #11 Marketing

Marketing is the base point of any business. If no one knows what you are doing then you will never sell any of your products or services. Marketing comes in many froms from advertising, calling out, promotions etc. This will always continue going forward and new ways will always be developed to enhance marketing strategies. Everyone has marketed something at one time or another by simply telling someone else about a product or service. A product or service can be boiled down to just about anything you can think of. A movie is a product of the service of a movie theatre. If you told someone to go see a new movie, you just marketed a product. The only issue with this is that you do not receive anything for this marketing effort.

In comes Network Marketing. With Network Marketing you are marketing to your own network. This can be the network that you have already built or a network you build. Either way you will get paid for everything that your market or at least you should be. If you are not getting paid then you have a backline to why you would market that product or service. There are some who market free products just to help grow their network and from that connect, then additional products and services can be marketed to those in the free product network. That is a funnel type process. The free offer filters interested parties, then you may have a few other levels of products to follow but the free product opens the door for you. A marketing funnel is a great tool to utilize as a feeler to attract qualified people to your primary opportunity. So it is okay to have a funnel just make sure that you are actually moving people thru the funnel to your primary opportunity to maximize your efforts.

Knowledge Blast #10 Pyramid Scheme

It's time to put this to rest once and for all. Network Marketing is not a pyramid scheme thing. PYRAMID SCHEME's are ILLEGAL!! That means not operational, will be found out, shut down, jail time and the like. If you are looking at a company take a look at where it is located first off. Any organization originated in the United States will have to be listed as a business to operate through distributors a.k.a. marketers a.k.a. representatives a.k.a. agents a.k.a. partners etcetera. Most reputable businesses will be listed with the Better Business Bureau www.bbb.org which will review and grade businesses based on their activity, complaints and handling of said complaints. Look at a companies existence time, if they have paid anyone over $600 in a year, the IRS will know about it and that review will come down hard if anything is out of order. So if the a company has made it past year 3 they have already been through some sort of IRS review on their payouts. Also look at what a company is paying out. If they are paying out more than they earn then they won't be in business forever. A profit must be made in order for a business to stay in business. No more than 50% of profits should ever be paid out. Profits are different than revenue and that will be on a different blast for another time. There were scams and schemes in the past and there are still some out there today. All completely illegal. Network Marketing is not illegal. Just look at the example you are on today with Facebook. It started as a social network and expanded from one dorm room to another. Now it is all over the world. That is all network marketing is. Facebook as a product instead of a website. The big difference with social Network Marketing is that the average person gets paid! Instead of the shareholders. So the next time you hear pyramid scheme, here is some information for that person. Unbiased to a company or program just factual information on the legality of the Network Marketing Profession. Which is now the second highest paid profession in the United States with the most 6 figure earners!

Knowledge Blast #9 Never Quit

In Network Marketing, you are just 1 person away from an explosion in your business. You will not know when that will come but just know that it is there. You have to continue until it happens. Do not stop or ever give up. There is nothing holding you back from success in network marketing but yourself. Just keep growing, developing and exposing. This business is one that is built not bought. Most would try to stand on the foundation of network marketing and build under themselves. That fact of the matter is you must keep at it until it is a sturdy foundation before you try to stand on it. Build up a following, an anticipation, a reason and then use that vision to create a team. Build with that team to create a success story. Share that success story to inspire others. Fuel that inspiration with motivation. Utilize that motivation to build financial freedom. Utilize that financial freedom to chase your dreams! Never quit! Never give up on a path that can get you to your dreams!

Knowledge Blast #8 Change

Albert Einstein's definition of insanity was doing the same thing over and over and over again, expecting different results. Many people are still in the loophole of go to school, get good grades, so you can go to a good college, get good grades so you can land a good job. Even when landing a job, some people are still following that same pattern and ending up average and mediocre. It's time for all of that to change. Make a conscious decision to change the status quot and do things a bit differently to get a different result.

In comes Network Marketing. For years, Network Marketing has been that edge that the average person can get on life. It was the only vehicle that allowed you to build part time and return full time results. There was no limits in Network Marketing and with that it took some time to get it right. Just as anything starting up for the first time. The vision and goal was there it just had to evolve. Now it has created the most 100,000 a year earners in any industry. I am sure it will soon create the most millionaires too. The top money earners are all owners! Coincidence? I think not. Owning is the only security in life. You may feel secure in your job, but that can be changed at any time without your control if you are not and owner. Still there are some owners that are pushed out of their companies. The late great Steve Jobs for example was pushed out of Apple when he started it. Luckily for him, he got back in but that does not always happen when you are not an owner. In summary, own your own destiny by owning up to all responsibilities.

Knowledge Blast #7 Advice

Everyone is in need of advice at one time or another and throughout life people have many different advisers. This could be a teacher, a parent, a friend, a spouse, etcetera. Advice is meant to be helpful but it is not always from the best source. Some advisers do not have enough knowledge in the field they are advising you in. While others are negative in their advising. For example someone that has never played football probably shouldn't be coaching. I am sure you have had doubters in your life as well. There person that says that will never happen or that will never work, you should do this or be like me instead. If they do not have the life you want, are in a position you want to be in, or are moving the direction you want to go, then do not follow that person. If you accept someone's advice and opinion, you accept their lifestyle. In summary, not all advice is good advice.

In comes Network Marketing. When you are being advised in Network Marketing you are learning from someone who has already achieved what you are looking for. If you are learning from someone on your team, they have the most interest in seeing you succeed as there is usually compensation for that growth. Learn from someone that has what you want in life. If they do not have the life you want, are in a position you want to be in, or are moving the direction you want to go, then do not follow that person. If you wanted to study basketball you should probably follow tips from Michael Jordan, if you wanted to study surgery you should probably follow a renowned doctor and if you wanted to make money you should probably follow someone actually making the money you want to make with their own business. Not someone with a JOB because they generally have no idea how to make money as their JOB provides their money. A JOB can be ended at anytime for any reason. Follow someone that has been where you want to go. They know the road to destination because they have been there before. Don't get lost following someone who is still making a path.

Knowledge Blast #6 - Start up costs

There is always the negative connotation about Network Marketing's start up cost. Your JOB has a start up cost as well that you voluntarily pay. Transportation and clothing are two of the biggest that come to mind. Transportation covering a wide range of expenses too such as gas, bus passes, parking fees and rides. Those cost are all associated with your JOB. Clothing is another expense with some JOBs. Professional JOBs have dress codes that have to be followed and I am sure you have heard the term "work" clothes. Those are all costs related to your JOB which in actuality is temporary. You can't work your JOB forever.

In comes Network Marketing. The start up costs of Network Marketing are at times minimal in comparison to their value. I know an international business you can start for around $500! Yet people gripe about that. How much do you think it costs to start your own business? A restaurant? How much do you think it costs to start up the company that gave you a JOB? When thinking about that, how far does your JOB reach? A restaurant reaches about a 10 mile radius and people have to come to a physical location. That restaurant would have taken hundreds of thousands of dollars to start up and your finances will be in the red the day you open the door. Which is why most businesses fail in their first year. In Network Marketing, you have an international reach through the internet. The internet is everywhere these days and it is the #1 employee in the world. It never takes a day off and is always working! So when it comes to start up costs, think more on the value, the range and the true opportunity. I am sure you have heard the saying, "it takes money to make money". With that being said over look start up costs to and do what needs to be done to make money. That is what you do with your JOB when they tell you about their associated costs.

Knowledge Blast #5 School

Let me start of with making one thing very clear, I am not putting down school. I am a student and will graduate with a degree but I am not betting that degree will get me where I want to be nor will it guarantee me anything.

We all were taught go to school, get good grades, get in to a good college to get a good job. This was the plan of the past. That ship has sailed. With the drop of the economy and job loss, there are people out there that have the same degree you are going for and 10 years of experience. Those people are now open to pay cuts to get back in the workforce often taking less money then even you, fresh out of college would want to make. Fact is, half of this year's graduating class is unemployed right now and those employed are working dead end jobs. It is a tragedy but also the perfect storm of opportunity! The opportunity to employ yourself and begin your own business. Starting your own business will allow you to control your own success.

In comes Network Marketing. This industry allows you to start up your own business internationally right over the internet! The internet is everywhere so that means your business is instantly everywhere! Network Marketing allows you to be in business with a company that is already established. There is no need for additional capital, employees, overhead, or high expenses. The time is now to really get educated and get involved as the window is closing on the availability of the opportunities at hand. People are realizing they must do something different to get ahead. Success is achievable for everyone but its not an easy ride up to the top, you have to take the stairs!

Knowledge Blast #4 Referrals

I get paid to refer you to the products you are looking for! You should too. You refer people to other products and services all the time but never collect a check. Change that and start making money on the side from what you already do and have done for years! Its simple work and you will continue to do it even if you are not getting paid. For example, have you ever told someone to go see a movie, buy the new iPhone, or watch a video on YouTube? That's the same thing I do except I get paid for it! It is known as word of mouth advertising and is the best possible form of advertising. All companies want it but they all don't want to pay for it because of tracking every person that says they referred someone. Companies that do take that time really care about their products and customers. Get educated, Get involved.

Knowledge Blast #3 Millionaire

Anyone can make a million dollars in their life time. We all have the time to do it. So why is it that we all don't? We don't believe we can. I am here to tell you can be a millionaire but first you must visualize yourself as one. If you don't start with the belief you will never reach the end goal you seek!
