Knowledge Blast #16 - Be Different!

Here is a quote I snagged from Robert Kyosaki, 

There are core differences and technical differences between average and above-average investors. My rich dad often said, “If you want to be rich, just find out what everyone else is doing and do the exact opposite.”


This ties into today's Knowledge Blast! Don't follow the masses. This will have you looking like everyone else and every other ad out there that people are constantly bombarded with every day. They want something new. New is refreshing and being that difference maker will take you a long way in how people react to you. The difference in closing a deal is how a person feels when they are with you. This feeling drives the buying process for some sales. Sales run in a ratio:

• 1/10 people you will not be able to sell no matter what you say
• 1/10 people you will buy no matter what you say 
• 8/10 others will depend on your skill and how they feel about you

Sales is a skill just like any other that can be learned and mastered. The is a common saying that it takes 10,000 hours to master a skill. This will take many years to become a master as there are only 8760 hours in a year and you do not have all of them to devote to learning a skill. Most people will spend: 

• 2080 hours working 
• 1820 hours eating, driving, showering, etc
• 2912 hours sleeping

Leaving 1924 hours to work on your skills to reach your dreams and goals! Take those hours when and wherever you can. Those that want to reach their goals and dreams sooner will take hours from the other categories! Those are the motivated few.

Are you working towards your freedom?

There are many forms of freedom. Mental, physical, financial, and spiritual just to name a few. The most common know freedom is financial. The most commonly achieved freedom is spiritual. Mental and physical are very different for each individual person. I want to focus just a minute on financial freedom tho. 

Financial freedom for some is something that is sought after, for others deemed unattainable. For some it is a way of life. I am here to tell you that you can achieve financial freedom and it is not as far out of your grasp as you believe it to be. There are a number of ways to achieve it but the one I want to focus on most is Residual income. Which if you are not familiar with this term it is in the M.I.T. Dictionary. Residual income or some times referred to as passive income is the most sought after from of income. Did you know Social Security is a form of residual income? Work you did long ago is paying you back at a later time. That is what residual income is all about. Work now and continue to get paid when you are done working. 

Residual income is the light of the financial freedom path. Browse the Opportunities of this site to see some of the ways you too can start to create a residual income and begin your path to financial freedom. Imagine working hard for 90 days and that continue to pay you $1000 a month for the rest of your life? How many 90 day drives would you put in? What level of income do you need to live comfortably. How long would you work to lock in a residual income at the level you need? If you can answer those questions, I would like to help find you an opportunity that would work for your current lifestyle to get you to the lifestyle you want.

I find this article to be a great insight to those who are on the fence about jumping into business for yourself. Take a look at this article, study up a bit on what you might want to do, there are many options here on my blog ;) & take some action!

It will all be worth it end the end. Failure is when you decide to stop when it comes to your own business. You can do it. Learn from those who have already done what you are looking to do. They will tell you and be happy to help as much as they can! At least the honest ones will.

KNOWLEDGE BLAST #14 - THE FUTURE IS NOW!!

By 2033 social security will be bankrupt. 



There is no surprise to that above statement. Its was a good run but it just will not last. It isn't possible. To many hand in the pot and not enough left over for the rest. There are other ways though. You can now create retirement for yourself and not have to worry about where it will come from but have it before established before you need it.

This means "traditional" ways to retire will be non-existent. How old will you be in 2033? Most importantly, how old will your children be by 2033?

If you're like me, you're open to learning about new ways of creating income streams and setting up for early retirement without the stress and worry about how to go about doing it. Not only for your sake but for your children's sake as well. This is a stress factor that can be removed by starting on it sooner than later. Don't wait until your last day to start worrying about the next day.

There are many ways to earn cash however I believe the safest and most enjoyable way is through what's called Network Marketing. Network Marketing is an amazing profession that has changed many lives. It is hard work which is why the word work is in it, but it is feasible. You can reach your goals and provide yourself a way to reach your dreams. Use Network Marketing as a tool to fund your passions, remove your financial worries, and set your family up for life!
