While this can take a lot of effort to setup, it can be a good dependable income in the real estate market from properties in many locations. You can build up this passive income stream to pay long term.

The MSI Concept 8 Income Streams Part 5 Dividend Income

This income stream is built from dividends that are earned based on owning a particular stock. Certain stocks will pay you for owning that stock in monthly, quarterly or annual terms. You can build up you stock portfolio and dividend income level by investing in more stocks or allowing your dividends to buy more stocks as they are released.

This is one of my favorite streams of income as it can continue to grow over time with little oversight.
